No I didn't write the piece to promote Adwords as such, but to open the eyes of people who didn't know how to use it. I cannot agree that it doesn't deliver. If it is harnessed properly it certainly DOES deliver. One of my clients has reduced their cost per lead from £300 to £11 by using Google Adwords in a precision manner, and the number of leads they generate are now 2,400% greater than they were a couple of years ago. They now generate more leads each day than they can handle and have become a major player in their industry whereas they were previously an unknown. If it is harnessed correctly, it works.
