Travel Directions

From the East — M1

  • Exit the M1 from Junction 14
  • Take the road H6 “Childs Way” into Milton Keynes
  • Turn right at “South Witan Roundabout” into “Witan Gate.” (Luminous house can be seen from the roundabout)
  • At the first set of Traffic Lights, between Brasserie Blanc and Sainsbury’s, turn right into Avebury Boulevard
  • Take the first turning on the right into South 5th Street
  • At the bottom of South 5th Street, turn right and continue to the far end of South Row, where you’ll find quite a few parking spaces. Luminous House is the last building on your left. It’s entrance overlooks South Witan roundabout

From the West — M40

  • Exit the M40 from Junction 9
  • Take the A421 through Bicester, bypassing Buckingham and follow signs for Milton Keynes
  • At the limits of the city the A421 will also have the designation H8 “Standing Way”
  • Turn left at the junction of H8 and V6 “Grafton Street”
  • Turn Right onto H6 Childs Way
  • Turn left at “South Witan Roundabout” into “Witan Gate.” (Luminous house can be seen from the roundabout)
  • At the first set of Traffic Lights, between Brasserie Blanc and Sainsbury’s, turn right into Avebury Boulevard
  • Take the first turning on the right into South 5th Street

From Milton Keynes Railway Station

  • As you leave the station building, go up Midsummer Boulevard, the road directly ahead of you, which leads to the main shopping centre
  • Banco Santander/Abbey’s Head Office will be on your left
  • At the first set of traffic lights turn right into Witan Gate
  • If driving, turn left at the next set of traffic lights, between Brasserie Blanc and Sainsbury’s, into Avebury Boulevard. Take the first turning on the right into South 5th Street. At the bottom of South 5th Street, turn right continue to the far end of South Row, where you’ll find quite a few parking spaces. Luminous House is the last building on your left. It’s entrance overlooks Witan roundabout
  • If Walking, continue down Witan Gate (past Sainsbury’s). Luminous House is the last building on your left, overlooking South Witan Roundabout

Parking

Parking is at a premium in the centre of Milton Keynes, like many other places. Parking outside Luminous House is free if a car parking space is available, but places may be limited. Alternatively you can park free of charge in Sainsbury’s car park for up to 2 hours. This can be reached via Witan Gate. Otherwise parking in Milton Keynes is £1 an hour if the parking bay is surrounded by a red band, 25p and hour within a purple band and free parking within a green band … but they’re are hard to find.
